User Data Deletion

Effective date: October 4, 2026

1. Purpose of this page

This page explains how to request deletion of personal data associated with MoDrama (Android package com.modrama.app, website https://modrama.share3union.com/), including data obtained when you sign in with Facebook Login, Google, or email. It is the user data deletion instructions URL for Meta / Facebook.

2. How to request deletion

Send an email to share3union@gmail.com with:

• subject line: Delete Account (or Data Deletion Request);
• the email address on your MoDrama account, or your Facebook name / user ID if you only used Facebook Login;
• optional: the Facebook App ID 2257648221684302 and a short note that you want MoDrama data deleted.

To help us verify the request, please send it from the email tied to your account when possible. We may ask a follow-up question if we cannot match the account.

3. What we delete

After verification we delete or anonymize, where feasible:

• MoDrama account records and login identifiers (including Facebook user ID and access tokens we stored);
• profile details received from Facebook / Google / email;
• watch history, progress, favorites, and in-app usage tied to your account;
• subscription entitlement records we keep for your uid (Google Play remains the merchant of record for billing history);
• support emails related to the request, after we close it, except where we must retain a minimal log of the deletion itself.

We cannot erase copies that Meta, Google, or other providers keep on their own systems. You can also remove MoDrama from Facebook: Facebook Settings → Apps and websites → remove MoDrama.

4. Timing and confirmation

We aim to complete deletion within 30 days of a verified request (sooner when practicable). You will receive a confirmation email when the request is finished, or an explanation if we must retain limited data for legal, security, or billing dispute reasons.
