1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how the MoDrama service operator ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use the MoDrama app (com.modrama.app) and website https://modrama.share3union.com/.

By using the Service, you acknowledge this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Information We Collect

We may collect the following categories of information:

• Account information: When you sign in with Google, Facebook, or email, we receive identifiers and profile details permitted by the provider (such as name, email address, and provider user ID).
• Device and app data: Device identifiers, app version, operating system, language settings, and general device type.
• Location-related data: Country or region inferred from IP address or device settings (coarse location only; we do not continuously track precise GPS location unless you separately grant such permission for a specific feature).
• Usage data: Viewing history, watch progress, favorites, search or browse activity within the app, and interactions with locked content or ad unlock flows.
• Subscription data: Subscription status and entitlement linked to your account (uid), validated through Google Play Billing.
• Advertising data: Ad impressions, clicks, and rewarded-ad completion events when you choose to watch ads.
• Diagnostics: Crash logs, performance data, and error reports to help us maintain and improve the Service.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to:

• provide, operate, and personalize the Service, including saving watch progress and favorites;
• authenticate users and manage accounts;
• authorize streaming (issue play_url) based on free access, subscription, or ad unlock status;
• process and verify Google Play subscriptions tied to your uid;
• deliver and measure rewarded ads through Google AdMob;
• communicate with you about support, security, or important service updates;
• detect abuse, fraud, and technical issues;
• comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

4. Advertising and Tracking

MoDrama uses Google AdMob and related Google advertising services to show rewarded video ads. These partners may use cookies, SDKs, and device identifiers—including, where available, an advertising ID—to deliver ads, limit frequency, measure performance, and prevent fraud.

You can reset or limit ad personalization through your device settings (for example, "Opt out of Ads Personalization" on Android). Rewarded ads are optional and used only when you choose to unlock content through ads.

MoDrama does not operate a virtual coin wallet or sell personal data to unrelated third-party data brokers.

5. How We Share Information

We share information only as needed to run the Service:

• Google Play Billing — subscription purchase and entitlement verification;
• Google Sign-In — authentication when you choose Google login;
• Facebook Login — authentication when you choose Facebook login;
• Google AdMob / Google advertising services — ad delivery and measurement;
• Service providers — hosting, analytics, crash reporting, and customer support under contractual confidentiality obligations;
• Legal and safety — when required by law, court order, or to protect rights, safety, and security.

We do not sell your personal information for money. Where "sale" or "sharing" is defined broadly by local law (such as in California), see Section 10 below.

6. Retention and Security

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. When no longer needed, we delete or anonymize data where feasible.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Children

MoDrama is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided information, contact share3union@gmail.com and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

8. International Transfers

We may process and store information in countries other than your own, including where our service providers operate. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms permitted by applicable law.

9. Your Choices, Access, and Deletion

Depending on your region, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain processing of your personal information, or to object to processing and request portability.

To exercise these rights, email share3union@gmail.com. To delete your account, send a request with subject line Delete Account from your registered email or with verification details. We will respond within a reasonable time as required by law.

You may also manage Google or Facebook login permissions through those providers' account settings.

10. Region-Specific Notices

California (CCPA/CPRA): California residents may request access to, deletion of, or correction of personal information, and may opt out of "sale" or "sharing" as defined by California law. MoDrama does not sell personal information for monetary consideration. To submit a request, email share3union@gmail.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights.

EEA, UK, and Switzerland: Where applicable, our legal bases include contract performance, legitimate interests (such as security and product improvement), consent (for optional ads where required), and legal obligation. You may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. Contact us for questions about international transfers or your rights.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version with an updated effective date on our website and, where appropriate, in the app. Material changes may be communicated through the Service.
